Please note, this is allot of data to collect for a winning case (2 hour interview time).
During this interview, you will be given the requirements of what your local SSA office requires for these programs. Please gather all of medications from the time of incident or diagnosis. Not limited, to all doctors and hospitals, you were actively attending or attended. Don’t worry, if you cant remember, we will assist to help locate the location.
Please note, the interviewing process can take 1 to 2 hours or more, depending on the information.

Determine Your Eligibility
Before you begin the application process, it's essential to determine which program you are eligible for or both:
SSI (Supplemental Security Income): This program is designed for individuals with limited income and resources. It provides financial assistance to help meet basic needs for food, clothing, and shelter.
SSDI (Social Security Disability Insurance): This program is available to individuals who have worked and paid into Social Security through their employment. To qualify, you must have a medical condition that prevents you from working and is expected to last at least one year or result in death.
Gather Necessary Documentation
Having the proper documentation ready can make the application process much smoother. Here are some essential documents you may need:
Medical Records: Gather all relevant medical documentation that supports your disability claim. This includes doctor's notes, test results, and treatment records.
Work History: Compile a detailed account of your work history, including employers, job duties, and dates of employment. This is particularly important for SSDI applications.
Personal Identification: Ensure you have up-to-date identification, such as a driver's license or state ID, and your Social Security number.
However, you will have to reapply to your local Snap Office verses TANF, which assists with cash assistance. Most HRA agencies wont inform you of that. Please, don’t be alarmed, however, this is “only” after your case is has been won.
If your looking to apply for SSI and SSDI, and haven’t applied for food stamps and Medicaid or Cash assistance, you are entitled to the programs. While you wait.
Please note, if you have previously applied and it is before the 60 calendar day mark, you can not apply until the 60 days are completed.
